The following pages give our brief history, describe our services and show a small selection of projects for which we have been responsible.

freeman brear architects are an accredited RIBA Chartered Practice. This ensures that our Practice has attained the required quality standards, operates efficient management systems and appropriate risk management procedures. All our work is fully supervised by a Chartered Architect.

Each project is uniquely designed to complement and enhance the quality of existing buildings or create new inspiring spaces. We have a portfolio of community and educational buildings, private houses, historic buildings, interior and landscape designs.


Our fees are calculated dependent on the services required and the nature of the building proposed.  We offer our clients either time-based, fixed lump sum or percentage fees. Fee options are discussed in our initial consultation.
